the solution has been found on dspace-server-webapp/src/main/java/org/dspace/app/rest/repository/patch/operation/ldn/NotifyServiceInboundPatternsRemoveOperation.java class. Opened a new cleaned pr at https://github.com/4Science/DSpace/pull/451
