Adds the three altitude warnings, enterable on the UFC, to the A-10's Miscellaneous system.

a-10-misc-alt-warnings

Additional changes:

Refactors UI to use A10CPageBase as described in #47.
Some fixes to be more resilient to config format changes in A10CPageBase.
A fix for better handling text fields with errors in A10CPageBase.

Builds upon #47, so probably merge that first.

Closes fizzle77#16.
