Spawns were borked on COTD cause removing director prevented the game setting the flag to spawn zombies when the director says to (since he no longer existed, he couldn't call). Fixed Shang spawns by building the mod......yea, that one baffles me. Also has some basic moon fixes so round_pause() kicks in after teleporting to Moon for the first time.
