The version of 5zig-reborn is always 3.13.0 now, but to make it easier to distinguish between different snapshot versions, the version number should be like 3.13.0.xxx / 3.13.0-pre-xxx / 3.13.0-snapshot-xxx / 3.13.0-rc-xxx.
