FPS not working on 1.15.

Describe the bug FPS doesn't work. This is not an issue with Optifine's fps counter or f3. I do not have this issue with 5zig reborn 1.14.

To Reproduce

1. Install 5zig as its own version.
2. Add fps module.
3. Use eyes.

Expected behavior FPS is stuck at 0 and flashes.

nevermind, found the issue for some reason, if you toggle Precise FPS Counter off, that happens Top is Precise FPS Counter off. Bottom is Precise FPS Counter on.

MC Version 1.15.2 ~ 5zig 3.13.1
