Connectivity problem #7

I connected my phone like 3-4 times yesterday and then played games and whatever but now it just does not seem to respond and does not appear in the phone app. this has happened quite a lot with me and i would appreciate if any fix or help is provided Thank you

I think windows firewall is the issue, Open it and check whether the server is allowed through, and also Make sure both the devices are in the same network when connecting.
