Pie control not working for me

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select Pie control in settings menu
2.No Pie control available from home screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see Pie control menue when swiping from edge of screen. Nothing 
happens though.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10.1-20130512-UNOFFICIAL-p5wifi on GT-P7310
