Root access denied from adb shell #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect from adb shell
2. Try to grant root access via su

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Become a root user

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build 4 (20121230)

Please provide any additional information below.
shell@android:/ $ su
Permission denied

On the screen don't appear any message from Superuser.

I think it needs to be permitted from Developer Options, but I haven't this 
menu in Settings.

Founded how to enable Developer Options, thanks to this post:

Simply click 3 times onto build number in About tablet...
