Use of Peak-Can Module #1

Hi! My OBD-to-USB converter is a Peak-Can (https://www.peak-system.com/PCAN-USB.199.0.html?&L=1). The problem that i encountered, is that my device appears as a "CAN-Hardware" at the device manager, and not as a COM device... which is why im guesing the test.py is not working... Do you have any experience with this? I am also trying to do my own implementation. Would be great if you contact me !! :)

Hey! Would you be able to show the test.py response? But I'm pretty sure it's because the PCAN adapter is not an ELM-327 micro-controller adapter. It seems like it is an NXP one. Python-OBD, is only built for ELM-327 based adapters according to their documentation and ElectronOBD runs off of Python-OBD library
