No. When viewing the all apps list along with the option to sort it by usage for each alphabetical section, it is not easy at a glance to determine whether an app is in the "frequent" section. So it takes unnecessary time to determine where to set eyes.

The "frequent" section under each letter should be visually indicated. Whether that's through font, indentation or separator is beyond my design knowledge.
