[ ] I would like to see also some builds, lints and test for each PR. So we can verify basic things work before looking deeper into it.

I guess there might also be some GitHub marketplace bots that could do that.

[ ] Also, building a chart with a prerelease would be nice on each merge and commit on main

When you say prerelease you want to have an release for each branch with an tag like review-985IC ?

@TartanLeGrand let me deeply test our current setup a bit more. But initially I had something like this in mind. Including marking it as pre release for artifact hub artifacthub.io/prerelease
