Training HMM

I have understood how HMM works but problem is I am not getting how you are 
training the HMM and then testing it. Please help me as soon as possible by 
telling me how are you running this code. Please, I will be grateful to you. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Matlab R2009b on win 7

also there are certain warnings regarding no Peaks found. can u please explain

Sir, i am not able to understand the implementation of the file 'main.m'. Also
