Implement WS2812B (Neopixel) RGB LED support #11

Use ESPs LEDC subsystem or other fitting busses to add RGB LED support. This is needed for easy visual feedback whether a transaction has been registered. We should aim for at least a simple red/green scheme even though this might be hard to see for people with Deuteranomaly.

With #35 the hardware now has a WS2812B LED aka NeoPixel added to it, so this will be the target to integrate.
