**Describe the bug（现象描述）**
关闭 DUO(com.duosecurity.duomobile) 的自启动，并在自启动规则中加入 `ALLOW * com.duosecurity.duomobile`, 并不能正确使 DUO 程序被唤醒。（其他可接收 FCM 推送的应用均可复现）
