测试了下，如果app存活期间产生的日志没有全部upload，下次启动app后会返回之前已经上报过的日志；
这边也调用了UploadSucess方法；
下面截图里，点击按钮push了200条日志，（日志内容是数字0、1、3...），第一次上报到29，保存上报记录到本地，然后关闭app再启动又从0开始上报
大佬能帮忙看看吗？需要demo的话我能提供iOS的项目
