It's empty - we shouldn't show the section for psuedogenes.

AA sequences are missing for ~130,000 CDSs annotated by PATRIC.
They belong to ~11,000 genomes in to total.
Actions:
- Add missing aa sequences
- Update corresponding faa files

Good afternoon,
I am using RELAX to look at a gene across different primate species. The gene is pseudogenized in some primate species and functional in others. Similar to the bat opsin gene examp…

In v2 we show the product length for pseudogenes? Should we? PomBase v1 doesn't show it.
eg. "349 aa" here: http://preview.pombase.org/gene/SPAC212.10

Hi
I wanted to ask if there is an easy way to mask duplicated genes. There is a great deal of genes with equal or very similar sequences (e.g. http://dgd.genouest.org/list/ENSG00000117115/1/) causi…

Not all of these are duplicates, some (mostly the human ones) are things other people have incorrectly added to the protein

I would like to make consistent the return types for all `ShuffleRegionJoins`, specifically to return `GenericGenomicRDD`s.

We should import all species from Ensembl as an Expert Database using the [public FTP archive](http://www.ensembl.org/info/data/ftp/index.html).
* don't import pseudogenes
