engines somehow hovers around, keepking the mate in sight, but never reduces DTM until forced to do so, or accidently.
The bug is present since, at least, f21b0e782580f6f51ff4e54e66b80a6ec5fbe53c.

the bug is still there.
I already discussed it with many chess players which also has the bug and it turns out that we all have the AMD R9 ... GPUs (different R9 designs).
