类似于spring下自动注入的功能，每次写command的时候都要在onEnable方法内手动注册命令，容易忘记。
如果能类似spring加入在主类中加入注解自动扫描指定包下的所有command就好了

### 问题描述
今天早上(2022年3月11日)突然发不出消息，日志看到发送成功，但是群里收不到任何消息。
凌晨还好好的，早上起来突然就不行了，有没有人有同样的情况，发送又被腾讯限制了么
### 复现
1. 早上7点多，群里收不到消息
2. 服务器日志发送没有报错
3. 有一些简单的数字，比如6，7这种可以收到，但速度很慢，其他内容较长，有图片的信息也无法发送
