**現象の詳細**
補助輪アップデート時に誤ってACT本体を起動してしまい、以後補助輪がプラグインより削除されました。
再度、プラグインを行うとTTSYukkuri、UltraScouterは登録できますがSpecialSpellTimerはエラーが出てしまいます。
FAQにありましたFFXIV_ACT_Plugin.dllのロード順を一番最初に指定するのも駄目でした。
