これは #41 と #47 に関連しています。
これらのissueで、UIは多言語化できたものの、お題の内容はまだ日本語しか対応していません。
## どうすれば良いですか？
サーバーから英語のお題を取得できるようにし、アプリ側も、英語環境であれば、英語のお題を取得するように更新する。
