The U06 devices have a smaller footprint.
The PMS150C-U06 is available at LCSC and supported by easypdkprog.

The main website has a 'chips' detail page for PMS154C, but this repo is missing the definitions to be able to render the pinouts. This makes for an inconsistent user experience.
