As a user, I want a register page in the frontend, So that i can register me.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Good looking style
[x] Proper error handling
[x] Structure for backend connection

Definition of Done:

[x] All acceptance criteria are met.
[x] Code is reviewed and approved.
[x] Necessary tests are written and pass.
[x] Documentation is updated, if applicable.
[x] Feature is deployed to the [environment name].
