feat: scroll saving for books #86

Highly requested feature, your scroll position will now return to where it previously was on any page after 100ms, if the page doesn't load in time, it won't scroll. The song selection pages for each book have been wired up to return to the previous scroll position ASAP, and does not depend on load time.

Also bumped the version of @ionic/pwa-elements, which fixes the loader issue we were previously having that required a patch
