Ancillary file rationalisation on raijin #234

There are multiple directories for some resolutions. Some use the Met Office nested structure and some are flat.

E.g. in ~access/data/ancil

ENDGame_768_eg
ENDGame_n512e
ENDGame_n768e
Endgame_n768e -> /projects/access/data/ancil/ENDGame_n768e/
PS34/n768e
N512_PS31
ga6_n512e

In ~access/umdir/ancil/atmos, various resolutions mirrored from the TIDS archive (including n512e). At the moment this just has the ones required for our rose stem tests but it could be made more complete (e.g. adding n768e). These all use the Met Office directory structure.

/g/data/dp9/da/access-g/um/ancil/atmos/n512 Similar to the Met Office directory structure but with extra level (bom or ukmo). Location of G2 ancillaries with Fiji (#165).

Recommend that the suites working group decide on a location and directory structure.

Should there be an extra level in ancillary file directory structure that includes site information? APS regional models will have a different name anyway so really only matters for the global model with corrected Australian orog + Fiji. Should we push these files back to the Met Office?
