Original submission moved to directory "Original-Submission" "Metadata" directory created Solving issues #5 and #18

github has trouble showing this patch because it is just too large. Can you explain what you did?

For each directory, I created the subdirectory Original-Submission, and moved everything in there. I also created the empty directory Metadata.
