[x] Change left tab from "Push Notification" to "Notifications"
[x] Correct the button typo at the top from "New Massage" to "New Message"
After clicking New Message, in the New Message screen:
[x] There is a typo "Dicard Changes" should be "Discard Changes"
[x] Rename the "Community" dropdown caption to "Cluster"
[x] Instead of a "Preview" button, there can be a send button
[x] After creating the message and clicking Preview (send), Notification Preview pop up window containing the title question "Send message?" and on body the read-only message preview prior to sending, with bottom buttons: Cancel and Send.
