[feature] : Add .stp support #77

A topostats user met us in September and asked if we could load there .stp files.

Describe the solution you would like.

Decode .stp files.

Describe the alternatives you have considered.

Need to look to see if there are already readers for it

I haven't been given permission to make the example file public. Can share within the Uni though.

Brief look, found this minimal MATLAB set of scripts that upon brief look seem like they would work, though it's in MATLAB. https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/2025-readstp

Not sure if we are able to comply with their license though, so I'm going to avoid copying the methods.

Can't find any python programs that load .stps
