The Talon SR controllers (used on the drive train of this year's robot) have a
Brake/Coast jumper. Verify whether these should be set to brake or coast on
this year's robot. Brake will cause the robot to stop quickly when the
joystick goes to neutral, and is probably the preferred setting. Probably most
importantly, make sure all controllers are set the same.
