'reset' button does not clear calculation extent #122

This bug is indicative of a more serious issue, which is that 'reset' only deletes the layers it has added instead of the whole layer tree.

From a UI perspective, I'd say it makes sense for the "reset" button of the calculator to only reset what was changed by the calculator. Layers added through the "Add Layers" dialog should not be reset, because the user might want to use them as background or additional information for the next calculation.
