The requirement to have sudo access is clearly stated in the installation instructions so there is no need to expand more on that. As for the warning about moving risiko, it could be stated after installation along with a reference to the uninstaller.
Even though the Risiko installer is impressive there are still a few gotchas (these are from Ted):
Ted suggests adding to the install instructions:
"The user must have permissions to sudo for a risiko install. If you don't have access that the following error message will be shown " is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported. "
Please google:
ubuntu "is not in the sudoers file"
The next one would point to the need of an uninstaller which would
--- Text from Ted ---- I then had issues with the bash_aliases because I had moved my install directory. Perhaps there should be a riskio-uninstall package along the lines of ...
rm -r -f $RIAB_HOME/* [clean] ~/.bash_aliases (fix this up to make sure it only removes Risiko stuff)
a warning should be put in the instructions:
"WARNING: Moving the risiko directory. Risiko relies on the environment variable $RIAB_HOME defined in ~/.bash_aliases. If you move the risiko directory you will need to update this environment variable as well in the aliases file. "
