Hi, For data preprocessing, please have a look at the paper.

The format for pattern_of_patches could follow this structure: annotation/subtype/slide/patch_size/magnification

Good work, could you share your sample JSON file? I want to align the model effect with you to check whether I reproduce it correctly.
