CAST does not compile with armadillo on ECPC #9

It says: fatal error: armadillo_bits/Col_bones.hpp: No such file or directory

should be solved by commit c03638e495971b94054189aef0d7454165d50302

I restored all the files in \optional_files\includes\armadillo\armadillo_bits with the one from the master branch. don't know what happened to them since then so if you changed something intentionally you have to make those changes again.
