Created a new page named TermsOfUse.
Structured the content into relevant sections for clarity:
    Acceptance of Terms
    User Obligations
    Intellectual Property Rights
    Limitation of Liability
    Indemnification
    Termination Clause
    Governing Law
    Modification of Terms
    Legal Compliance
    Dispute Resolution
