500 error on submit undertaking and any email send

When submitting an undertaking, at the point where an email is sent, we get a 500 error. I think this probably happens for all email sends. Fix this.

Use sf.anu.edu.au:25 as our SMTP server.

Set the SMTP server address and fixed a firewall issue, mail now sends correctly.
