Lobby changes, opfor loadout update #99

Implements CBA group names in lobby, making it significantly more organized and readable. Less clutter.

Updates Opfor loadouts from RHS equipment to CUP/NIArms/Vanilla equipment. Faction represents Russia in 2020s onward.

Added "b_hq" type markers for SL/Commander groups.
