Fetching roles dependencies with ansible-galaxy #186

To follow-up on the @afgane option (PR #182), I understand that each submodule role should have a meta/main.yml file otherwise the ansible-galaxy install -r requirements_roles.yml -p roles fails. Is that correct ?

This is not the case for a number of submodules currently hosted in GalaxyKickStart.
