To get clean install of tools, with green checkboxes

I don't think this is a great idea. These data managers are already conda-only, with the exception of the twobit bowtie1 builder. This one I can condafy so that this checkbox will be green as well. In any case the checkboxes don't mean much anyway, it's just a little complicated getting the status right on the galaxy-side, but we'll work on that.

Thanks for the condafication of data_manager_bowtie_index_builder The point was not really the green checkboxes, but the red ones that did correlate with mis-install of the data manager conda dependencies. It works like that.
