GalaxyKickStart will be now tested on ubuntu 16.04 (ansible_py27, .venv_galaxy python 3.5) as well as ubuntu 18.04 (ansible_py3.7, .venv_galaxy python3.7). upgrade to 20.04 as well is planned for future release. The galaxy release is release_20.05
