Paddle can move off-screen

The paddle can be moved off-screen if you hold left or right while the paddle is against the edge of the screen. It should not be able to move past the edge of the screen.

Upon playing the game, I've noticed that the paddle moves off-screen which makes the game less easy to navigate. I'm going to work to keep the paddle within the proper bounds.
