[Bug]: webui汉化丢失以及能正常加载模型及插件信息但是无法生图，点击生图按钮控制台没有反应

What happened?

过去几天webui能正常使用，今天使用时控制台能正常弹出网页，但是出现webui出现汉化丢失，全英文界面，然后文生图功能失效，点击文生图按钮控制台并没有出现任何代码反应，点击下面的重启ui按钮无反应，在控制台点击终止进程webui也未显示有链接错误等字样，所有网页操作控制台并未作出任何反应，疑难解答也未能检测出问题，之前我并未更改任何文件名字。

1，点击一键启动 2，等待控制台弹出网页 3，webui汉化等插件失效，文生图等功能失效

正常应该是各项功能正常使用
