[PE-D][Tester B] Unable to edit project name #169

Neither the UserGuide nor help command output provide a way to edit the default Project name from LinkTree to something else. This is important for users as not all projects are named LinkTree.

Our application is designed to hold the contact information of all the developers in one software engineering project, the naming of this project is not important since there is only one project, and we do not need names to differentiate between different projects.

This should not be considered as a bug. However, it is reflected as note in UG.
