The application should have a simple to use form that can be used to reach the support. Maybe reuse the Sentry User Feedback form that we use in the support page.
In the long run it would be good to have a fully features user support chat integration. Some of our partners use FreshChat. As an open source, self-hosted alternative Chaskiq looks interesting.
