Use Google profile photo when available #164

We are currently using photos from facebook when available, but not using from any other providers. Make that work for google profile as well.

This requires doing two things.

  1. Saving the google profile ID or photo id in the user details on login.
  2. Displaying it when rendering the volunteer details
