When you kill a campaign mob it was assuming you were killing the currently targeted one. It was possible to run across a different target in the same area and kill it first, but it would erroneously cross off your targeted one. After refreshing the campaign/gq it would correct this but it would still look wrong until then, and it might throw off the xcp when used before the campaign refreshes.
This will try to use the last killed mob to determine which target was actually killed.
