Test - Separate Server Testing Directory #35

The test are all running in the main storage directory and I don't like that, I think ti would be better if the scripts tested in a separate directory.

Will need to have the ability to change the storage location in the major scripts.

This has just been done in PR #39 and will be left up to the users of this package. If you want the tests to be ran in a different directory apart from the default storage location then just do the following combination when running the tests: source ./test.sh -storage Documents/Test.
