configure script with Flite breaks on CentOS 5.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Automake using any version of Flite source
2. Running configure for uniMRCP

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.9.0 and SVN version 0.10.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Platform CentOS 5.4, used both the Flite link on the build page for the
flite plugin, and used the latest version of flite with the same results.

changed config file relating to libs path to:
flite_libdir="build/i386-linux-gnu/lib"
This fixed my issue, though it may not be universal across architecture
