Installation Guide

Hi,

I have recently used unimrcp in a small project I'm working on and due to
the many problems encountered I wrote a installation guide to get it working.

I know its not totally focused on unimrcp, there is a lot of asterisk &
nuance in there, however I would think it could help others out there.
