DualWeapon obsolete #513

DualWeapon (and DuoWeapon as well!) is obsolete, no longer used anywhere after GraviticLance is changed. But there are lots of places in code where it's used, and its usage is quite complicated. All such places can be now safely cleaned.

it is being cleared at places (if I make a modification nearby), but so far I haven't gone after that code in systematic way.
