pain.001.001.03 is abandoned soon. pain.001.001.09 needs to be implemented #43

The Sepa format pain.001.001.03 is abandoned this year.

In future pain.001.001.09 needs to be used for Sepa-transfers.

Any plans, when you plan to implement the new format @AbcAeffchen ?

Thanks for the link. I was not aware of any upcoming changes. At first glance the changes look not to big so adding support shouldn't be to hard. However, I currently have no estimates when I find time for this. Maybe between July and October.
