2 Factor Authentication Enable - SMS Backup No Longer Works

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable 2 factor authentication

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SMS to be backuped. Login Error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.1. HTC Desire S

Please provide any additional information below.
Have tried generating seperate password for SMS Backup, using the Android 
password I generated, also the normal GMail password.
